Trauma doesn't just affect the mind, it can also be held in the body. Our classes are designed to help you develop a sense of attunement with your own mind and body while experiencing a greater sense of freedom, flow and release.

Gently moving the body, steadying the breath, and quieting the mind creates of sense of harmony, unity and calm awareness.

When the body and mind are at peace, healing occurs naturally, kindness and joy rise to the surface and you may experience a new sense of clarity and energy.

In these classes we aim to quiet the mind and body to cultivate a deeper connection to and understanding of self. We teach you to tune into your breath, pay attention to bodily sensations, and learn to accept reality as it is in that moment.
