About Me
Intentional Healing is a new organization providing high-level expertise in advocacy and empowerment services that helps families within the community explore their unique path to wellness and ultimately heal from traumatic experiences.
Through an integrated approach that utilizes evidence-based counseling, aromatherapy meditation, trauma yoga, motivational life coaching, and psychoeducational classes, it is our intention to help restore balance. It is our overall best interest to put families in the community first, and everything we do is guided by our values and professional ethics.
The company was founded to build bridges to improve the community. To improve the community, families must be empowered to learn how to thrive within their homes. Intentional Healing provides services that combine strategic visioning, organizational development, and community care. We believe that families desire to have a better life by becoming better versions of themselves.
The reason families struggle in life is not a choice, but many lack the resources, knowledge, sustaining support, and tools to help them overcome their cycle of traumatic experiences that decrease their chances of being successful.
Intentional Healing services are critical to equip families with the right tools to begin reshaping their foundation to reconstruct, recover, and restore their infrastructure that will empower them to thrive in their defined meaning of success. To achieve this, we are going to employ the right counseling framework with the right tools to help families obtain optimal results. All our programs produce effective and productive transformational results in the families within the community by conducting thorough follow-ups and assessments.
